FAMILY FAITH Activities to do at home
Every age has a place at Trinity!
Our Nursery, for infants through age four, includes toys, books, and a playset for your Little One. Also waiting is our experienced childcare staff who serve on Sunday morning as well as during many special events. Parents are welcome to stay with their children and listen to the service on the speaker located in the nursery. Also available for parents who want to stay in the nave during Services, two double-wide pews with a rocking chair and books. Please ask an usher if you'd like to be seated there.
Our Pre-K through 6th graders get to know Jesus and his teachings in age-appropriate Scripture and faith lessons at Children’s Chapel during worship and through an interactive Sunday School format which meets several times per month. Families are also invited to other activities throughout the month that include nature walks, “Eat, Pray, Play” gatherings at a family’s home, beach excursions, and seasonal fun like Pet Blessings, Christmas Pageant and Palm Parade!
Middle-schoolers (5th-8th graders) are invited to take part in Children’s Chapel and our interactive Sunday morning offerings. This age group is also invited to join Spirit Quest, a community of 8-11 year-olds who gathering to serve, pray, and have a little fun during Coffee Hour monthly.
Teenagers and preteens are invited to grow in their leadership skills and faith while serving God through social justice initiatives, as mentors to our younger learners, and in service to our church community. In addition, our teens serve as acolytes during worship and as leaders in various church activities.
Young adults through senior members of our community are invited to enhance their ongoing faith journeys with this ministry. Share your time, talent, and love for God with our younger members as an advisor, retreat leader, or witness. Connect with Angela to share your ideas and explore opportunities.
